Steps to install the drivers:
1) Plug in the wired network connection before turning on the device (as of the 2017.04.07.0 version, this is a requirement for wired networking)
2) Turn on the computer and immediately press the F12 key multiple times to display the boot device list
3a) Insert the 32bit or 64bit version of the XiniX boot media into the optical drive and select the "CD/DVD/CD-RW Drive" option
3b) Attach the 32bit or 64bit version of the XiniX boot media into a USB port and select the "USB Storage Device" option
4) In the "Welcome" wizard run through the setup to create a DATA partition and optionally install and desired software
5) When you reach the desktop, a balloon should appear referencing the installation of the more powerful graphical system - click the "Install" button
NOTE: if you miss this step, go into "Access > Local > Software > System" and after it has populated (it will take a minute or two), click the toggle icon and select the "Install" option for the "xorg" entry
6) Go into "Access > Device > Drivers" (using 'now has zen' as password), again waiting a minute or two for population, then the click the toggle icon and select the "Install" option for the "Dell_Optiplex_3020" entry
